🏃♂️ Fast Uphill Hike & Trail Run Loop – 1,200m Vertical
This is a sporty mountain session. We’ll hike the uphills at a fast pace (minimum 600m vertical per hour) and run the flats and downhills. Expect a solid effort, steady breathing, and a proper leg workout — with rewarding views at the top. Meeting point: Walchwil, Usseregg bus station, 1 pm
