Hello All,

Join for a casual hike along a classic route.  Expect a comfortable pace of about 400hm/hr.  We will stay together as a group and enjoy each others company.  Im hoping that the weather is warm enough that we can take small breaks and enjoy the sunshine, but its best if you can keep roughly that pace.

The webcams (here and here) don't show any snow and the weather looks nice, but check for yourself and come prepared.

The regional train starts in Pasing, so it makes sense to collect there, tho I will join the group in Starnberg.

I would like to stop for lunch at the Herzogstand hut, but its often very busy.  We will give it a shot, but alsos bring a snack or a proper meal, and then we'll just eat at the peak or otherwise find a spot in the sun.  From the peak, we can descend done either the T3 route I have posted, or the T1 route directly to Kochel, and skip the bus connection.

The return buses/trains are every hour, so no worries there.
