I want to propose an activity for families with kids on a hot summer Sunday. Our two kids are about 5 and 10 y/o.
We are going to start from Kochel and hike for 1-2 hours to Stutzenstein. After lunch, we are going down a different path through the Lainbachwasserfälle. We'll finally spend some time at the lake Kochelsee.
This is going to be different from HB hikes I have seen so far. We need to consider some extra flexibility. Each family might have to hike at a different pace: even if we hope to keep the group together, this might not be possible!
Let's meet already at the trailhead parking lot in Kochel at 10am (see GPX).
Hiking is a dangerous activity. This is not a guided tour: every parent stays responsible for their kids, and every adult for him or herself.
