Description

Description:

Let's go to Ehrwald tomorrow and do all three Via-Ferratas in one day.

We are going to one of the most scenic areas in Austria that offers amazing panoramic views, beautiful lakes, amazing climbing and nice nearby hut.

Difficulty: NOT for begginers !

ONLY for very fit and very experienced people who have done many ferratas before and have strong upper body musculature.

All three Via-Ferratas are rated as D/E but objectively the first Via-Ferrata is the most difficult one and requires strong hands, absolutely no fear of heights and strong stamina!

Trip:

We meet at the start of Platform 27 (Hbf) at 6:20 AM, enter the RB60 train, then continue our trip aboard the same train all the way to Ehrwald.

Once in Ehrwald we hike up to the starting point of the Seebener ferrata and start to climb.

After we are finished with all 3 ferratas we hike down towards the Coburger hut and grab something to eat or drink there.. after a short break we head down towards Seebensee and optionally take a swim there (it's cold, but fun experience).  So remember to bring something you can swim in and a towel!

Once finished we hike down towards Ehrwald train station via one of the routes (up to you which one, i don't really care) and take the train back to Munich.

Which one depends on how fast we are.. but there is enough of them. Last one leaves the station at 21:30.
