The Bavarian Pre-Alps are a part of the Bavarian Alps like Wetterstein or Chiemgau. They are also called "Muenchner Hausberge (Home-Mountains of Munich)", because they are all shortly reachable from the metropolitan Munich within an hour.</p><p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="font-weight: 700;">Technical difficulty:</span>&nbsp;This hike has a difficulty T2. Good to know

we meet this saturday at München Ostbahnhof in front of Edeka at 08.00. shared petrol. Usual winter hiking gear, like mentioned in the description (thank you Thomas :)
