Brecherspitz (1.685m) is a mountain in the Bavarian Pre-alps and the long ridges are awesome to hike. The Bavarian Pre-Alps are a part of the Bavarian Alps like Wetterstein or Chiemgau. They are also called "Muenchner Hausberge (Home-Mountains of Munich)", because they are all shortly reachable from the metropolitan Munich within an hour.
The mountain arises between Schliersee and Spitzingsee, two lakes in Upper-Bavaria near the same named town Schliersee.
Two sections are exposed but safed with steel cables.
Technical difficulty: This hike has a difficulty T3. Please read the blog to understand the requirements for sac scale T3. Due to snow, the route will feel more exhausting.
After reaching the top we will visit the cosy Firstalm (great food)
Cars should leave Munich at 8:30 a.m
Route maybe modified based on the conditions of the day of the hike.
This Hike is not suitable for beginners, you should have done at least some T3 hikes before in summer.
Pace wont be fast.
