Description

We are two people coming from Ingolstadt with two spots left in the car. The hike to Torscharte should be easy but be prepared for snow. The short final ascent to the Torkopf summit involves steep meadows and light rock climbing (I-II) and might not be possible depending on conditions.

Good to know

If you are going for the summit, light crampons and sticks are advisable. Normal hiking gear with waterproof boots is sufficient otherwise. Warm clothes, gloves and gaiters are recommended.
