This is my usual loop, that I would like to run with some company on Saturday.
It is not a competition. The pace will not be 4'00''/km but neither 7'00''/km. Let's say around 5'15'' and 5'45'', but we can always split. The run is on total 10 km, we could add some kms in case.
Proper running clothes. Good mood and motivation
Please note that the loop is mainly on trail terrain.
