PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE HIKE...!!
This is an easy winterhike suitable for beginners also. Even if you are an absolute beginner, you can still join the hike if you exercise regularly throughout the week (at least 6 hours of cardio each week). We'll not be speeding with 600 m gain/hour, but we'll not be hiking at 300 m gain/hour as well. On an average we'll maintain a speed of around 400 - 450 m gain per hour, so if you are unsure about your physical fitness, please don't join the event.
Meeting point: We'll meet at Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) platform 33 right before 08:55. We'll take the BOB to Tegernsee. After we meet, we'll buy the group ticket for our journey so please don't be late, otherwise you have to buy the ticket for yourself. If you do not find the team on the day of the event, please call me @+4917640491356.
N.B.1. The gpx file for this hike is already available. Everyone please download a gpx viewer app (e.g., bergfx, gpx viewer) in your phone and save the gpx file of the route. It is important to have the route beforehand if you get separated from the team!
N.B.2. The weather is supposed to be good on Saturday. If the weather condition changes and becomes bad, I'll have to cancel the event. It is not recommended to take unnecessary risks. The event will also be cancelled if the number of participants are less than 3.
Alert for Corona Virus: Please do not join the event if - i) you are sick, or, ii) you have recently been in a trip to China.
