Inside tip: one of the coolest routes I have been on!

Things to bring:

Hiking shoes
Full gear for via ferrata (Harness + Via Ferrata set + Gloves + Helmet + Rastschlinge)
Enough food and water(2-3 liter)
Sunscreen
Sunglasses/protection glasses(transparent)
Good mood and energy.
