Let's do a hike this Sunday, I've heard that Herzogstand and Heimgarten is one of the must hikes to do. 

This is the first time I organize hiking, so please be aware that I'm not a guide and make sure that you can do Medium difficulty route. It is almost 1300 m height to gain and more or less 15 km, but the route does not require special Alpine skills, only quite good physical shape. 

What to take: 

Rain jacket, tracking shoes, cash, water and food: we will stop at lunch in the Hut, but be prepared for the case if Hut is overloaded with limited seats, so take enough food with you, face mask, some warm clothes as on the top it could be chill. 

Transport:

We will meet at Munich Hbf near the platform 31 at 6:40 and will buy a Bayern ticket, for those who needs it. 

The train departs at 6:59. 

In Kohel we will take a bus 9608 to Walchensee Herzogstandbahn, Kochel a. See station. 

Covid:

Only 5 people allowed.  Don't forget your beautiful face masks :)
