I can take another person / household in my car.
Have a good fitness level, be open to run slowly downhills.
Planning on chilling 1h at Soiernsee.
Not exactly the same route than on the map, but all peaks will be included.
What you need to bring
Make sure you bring trail running shoes if running is involved, and a headlamp in case of a sunset or long event (ideally bring your headlamp every time). The rest is actually up to you (water, food, sun cream, sun glasses, snacks, water, ...).
