Description

Tomorrow, I hope to meet you on this route, which should be rather quiet: no hut on the road, hence you'll have to bring your liquids and food!

I have never been there, just wanted to avoid the crowds, hence the choice of the route.We can expect some view on the nearby lake from the summit, and half of the way up and down through a forest. Time permitting, we can make a stop in a restaurant on the way back.

I would be more than happy to share this time with you...

Departure from Munich at 9 am

- good hiking boots

- water

- food

- sunscreen and hat/protection

- rain is unlikely, but forecasts sometimes are wrong...

- dress appropriately (we go above 2000 m asl)


Please again: read the detailed description, this is a medium-hard hike, ~1100 m up and down, with exposed areas. 1.8 km on SAC scale 4, requires previous alpine hiking experience...

Departure at 9am from Munich, before 11am from Lähn, Austria.

I have one household free in my car, check the regulations for carpools... As far as I know, current restrictions on the number of people in a car still apply (max 2 households), and I *assume* the same rules apply in Austria...
