This description is copied almost entirely from Cristina Neagu's wonderfully prepared route for 27/28 June. I have included my phone number instead, of course. I will do my best to be organized and prepared for this hike, but please know that I have never been in the area before and have only organized one easy hike so far.
A multi day tour is always a beautiful experience. It allows you to enjoy more the mountains, the hut atmosphere, the people around and to discover new things about yourself and your limits. One of its purposes is to help the beginners (but not only) to prepare for longer or more challenging hike tours.
Mahnkopf and Hahnenkampl are 2 mountains peaks in the beautiful and iconic Karwendel massif. Both routes are long enough so that we felt tired a little bit at the end, beautiful enough so that they let you speechless and difficult enough so that you may feel the difference between an easy and a medium hike.
And the amazing feeling of being in the mountains 2 days in the row, comes like a bonus.
