Description
Ascent: The hike starts from Mittenwald to Leutaschklamm (no entrance fee to the klamm). In addition you can get to the waterfall (3 EUR entrance fee per person). From the klamm follow the easy signed post to Grünkopf. The trail goes through the border. There are no technical difficulties but you should be fit do do 750m elevation gain without problem.
Descent: We continue on the ridge by following the path to Ferchensee, where we can also take a dip in the lake, so those who are interested in swimming please carry your swimwears. From there easy road to Mittenwald.

Good to know
The starting time is the time to start at Mittenwald. So each Carpool can decide its own starting time in a way that you reach Mittenwald latest by the starting time mentioned here.
If you have met anyone recently who has corona or if you have any similar symptoms, please be kind enough to unjoin the event yourself quietly.
Please bring:
- Hiking shoes (please no sneakers or sandals)
- Food and water (enough for a full day)
- Mask (for corona)
- Sun screen
- Swimming clothes
- Rain jacket
- Good vibes
Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for her/himself. Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. It's recommended to download a map and bring a cell phone and first aid kit for emergencies.

Sure thing, the more the merrier (...and cheaper!). To allow some time in case of any delayes, we plan to take the train at 6:32 from Munich Hbf and change in GaPa.
