We are crossing the border, so please bring your passport (or other document that you usually carry for border crossing)

This is an easy medium hike - The only challenging part of the hike is from the cable car station to the peak. Even though it is possible to skip this part by taking a detour, I would prefer to keep the group together. The hike ends in Blindsee, so it is possible to swim in the lake after hiking.

Public transport: We will take RB5536 departing at 7:13 am from platform 27, and arrive Lermoos at 8:58 am. This is the start point of the hike. The hike ends in Fernpass Gh Zugspitzblick

Departure time of return connection: 18:36 (2h11m) - This is the only reasonable connection. We need to take bus 150, which is not included in Werdenfels ticket and costs 3.8 Euro per person.

Technical difficulty: The hike has difficulty T3. Please read the blog to understand the requirements for sac scale T3.

We might stop at Wolfratshauser Hütte for a small break. However, this depends on the group pace. So, please bring the food/drinks for the whole day. 

Things to bring:

• Waterproof hiking boots
• Cash for the tickets (14-16 EUR) + possibly for the food/drink at the hut
• Food/drinks for the way
• Sunscreen
• Swimming clothes, if you are interested in checking water temperature
• Some tolerance for cloudy and rainy weather

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
