Hello Buddies! I am organizing a trail run this coming Saturday. You can use it as a shake out run for your upcoming race or just your regular weekend training/exercise. The Difficulty would be medium ( running wise, maybe easy in terms of hiking ). Please only come if you think you are fit enough ( exercising and or running 3 or more times a week ), with stable running shoes with good grip ( preferably trail running shoes ), with running backpack/beltbag or the likes, drinking water ( preferably 1 liter ) and some cash ( there are huts along the way where we could do a short break/refueling ). This trail run is good for experienced trail runners/ runners and even experienced hikers who want to transition to trail running ( or transitioning already) and you could learn a thing a two about the sport. This activity is going to be designed for a 3 - 4 hour self supported run because I need to go back in Munich by 1-2 pm. So please bear that in mind. Please bring an extra shirt too ( for changing after our run ). See you on the given date and time at the Main Station. For questions, just feel free to ask. Cheers!
