Meeting point: Munich HBF, in front of platform 30

Meeting time: Sunday, 6:30 am

Public transport: We will take RE 57580 from Munich at 6:51 am. We reach Kempten (Allgaeu) at 8:22 am, where we take RB5475 departing at 8:34 am. Finally, at 9:26 am we reach Pfronten-Steinach, which is the start and end point of our hike. There are hourly connections from Pfronten-Steinach to Munich departing at 18:34, 19:33, 20:42, 21:37.

Technical difficulty: The hike has difficulty T3, although for most part it is T1 and T2. Please read the blog to understand the requirements for T2 and T3 sac scale. In general, I think anyone, who has the endurance to walk 17.5 km, and has some experience with mountains, is suitable for this hike.

We will have lunch at Osterhuette, however please bring enough food/drinks to avoid starvation/dehydration before reaching there.

Things to bring:

• Waterproof hiking boots
• Some food and drinks for the way (we will have lunch at the hut)
• Cash for ticket and food/drinks at the hut
• Sunscreen or rain jacket, depending on the weather

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours
