Description

Overnight Watzmann Traverse staying at the Watzmannhaus Sunday night.

Room for two in my car for a two day, one night trip do a complete traverse of Watzmann.

You should be familiar with the technical and physical challenges of a route like the Watzmann. Note the route includes via Ferrata/Klettersteig. 

You will also need to book your own space at the Watzmann house and familiarize yourself with the COVID-19 hygiene requirements for an overnight stay in a mountain hut.

Please let me know if you have done similar trips in the past. I would consider the Zugspitze via the Hollentaklamm to be comparable.

In the event of rain the event might be canceled or shortened. The route is much more difficult/dangerous if wet. 

I just increased the number of participants to allow for another car.

I’m driving and will have space for two (see carpool). 

This is my first event as an organizer and I want to keep it simple. I’m not a speed demon on the trails. Chances are you are faster than me.

Hi, Which via ferrata do you mean? I think there is no via verrata but scrambling grad I-II. In some sections there are rope (only in some sections).

Perhaps you should consider to change your description, there is not via ferrata on this tour

The tour via Höllentalklamm to Zugspitze is NOT COMPARABLE to the Watzmann Traverse
