Hey!

I am planning a bike trip for one or two weeks (Saturday to Sunday for example) from Deutschland to bella Italia.

Some comments:

• Dates are still not fixed yet, August and/or September is possible for me. We can discuss it. I created a Doodle for easier planning: https://doodle.com/poll/s3i7haq7qir95a28
  
• Route is also not fixed. I could also think of a democratic experiment, where each member can choose on one day where to go. I would prefer not to fix the sleeping locations beforehand to be able to make spontanous route decisions. (The route on this webpage is totally irrelevant)
  
• Possible targets are Lago di Garda, Venice, Milano, and other nice places in the southern alps.
• You need a bike with which you can transport some things.
• It will not be a pure mountainbike tour, but your bike should be able to go on a Forststraße.
• Going with tent and/or sleeping bags would make our trip more flexible. I have some extra tents, that I could provide.
  
• It is possible to only join for a part of the trip, e.g. in the beginning. It could be also possible to split spontanously, if somebody wants to continue on his/her own or go on some mountain.
• I plan time for relaxation. It will not be a bike race, although you can of course do a mountain twice, if you get bored, or do some extra tours or some extra hiking. I am a regular bike rider, but not a bike racer, I like to enjoy views, etc.. I usually do not ride more than 80 km per day, sometimes much less. ;) It is also good to have rest days, especially taking into account the weather situation.
• I also like climbing. I could think of doing some climbing days (e.g. in Arco)
