Hi,

I would like to invite you for a hike 'through' Herzogstand and Heimgarten (Done the opposite way than described route) - there are several ways to go up Herzogstand and several ways going down from Heimgarten, nevertheless, the main idea is to grab RB 59613 @7:59 and get a bus to Herzogstandbahn, hike up Herzogstand and go over the 'ridge' (Gratweg) over to Heimgarten where a very atmospheric little hut stands ;-) We can then hike on to Ohlstadt (preferably) where we can catch a direct train to Munich (hourly)

I've done this hike several times and the views have always been spectacular; it has an amazing views/effort ratio, nevertheless, as it is steep at times and I would like to keep the pace moderate, it is not suitable for beginners and hiking boots are necessary!
