You should have some good trailrunning experience. This is not a Hike.
Equipment suggestion:
Trail running shoes, trail running backpack or similar, waterproof and breathable lightweight jacket (its going to rain), water and food for 4-5 hours on the trail, first aid kit and emergency blanket, money, ID and some kind of mountain/rescue insurance is also.
Charged mobile phone. Load the gpx file onto a navigation app. Familiarize yourself with the route. You should be able to follow the route by yourself, because the group might split up.
Note:
This is a long distance run. We'll be hiking the uphills and running the flats and downhills.
I'm not a guide, this is not a guided tour.
We'll try to stay in a group, but there might be pace differences among participants.
We'll met at HBF platforms 29-36 and take the BOB to Lenggries at 7:04. Please be there at least 10-15 min before.
