Description
This tour is a moderately difficult and scenic round trip in the Karwendelgebirge, which leads us from Scharnitz along the Isar and through the Gleirschklamm with its countless water veins to the nice Oberbrunnalm. From there we reach the nearby Zäunlkopf with its unsuspected view. Passing the Großer Mittagskopf, we descend along easy paths and forest paths and then through the Bärenklamm back to Scharnitz.
Good to know
Hiking shoes are a must. Not recommended for absolute beginners. I am not responsible for anyone. Everyone has to take care of themselves. If you arent coming, please dont say yes for the event as its a bit short notice for a tomorrow morning event. Come ideally by 7:00 am near Pl.26 Yormas. 7:10 we will go and buy the Werdenfels + Innsbruck tickets. The train RB5411 departs at 7:32 from Pl. 29. Please get food, water and money for the tickets. About 6 h walking + breaks. Medium paced while enjoying and appreciating the nature and the view. Weather forecast shows it to be sunny (5-15 deg) so arrange for appropriate clothing.
