Description

Early morning run to Hochgern. We will follow the official track of the Chiemgau Trail Run 2020 (2nd half of the 42km distance). I'll be driving from Sendlinger Tor, and I have 3 extra seats in the car. The plan is as follows:

- 6:00 start from Munich,

- 7:15 start at the trail head,

- 9:30-9:45 back to the car,

- 11:00 back to Munich (Sendlinger Tor).

The plan is to do the whole run in 2,5 hours max, including any pauses. Make sure you can keep the uphill pace at least ~800 hm/hour. We will run downhill, flat, and (maybe) also less steep parts of the ascents. You should have enough trail run experience to know what gear to take with you.
