Signing up: If you don't have any review from me in your Hiking Buddies profile (example here), please fill in that google form (click HERE).
Route: Technically beginner friendly, pace wise sporty friendly.
Pace: Be in a good overall fitness condition, that means doing cardio sport at least twice a week. Pace is 600m / hour or more, depending on the group. We'll be running downhills - no need for previous experience in trail running, just motivation.
Gear: While a headlamp is always mandatory for afterwork hikes, anything else is optional (hiking poles, water, food). I would recommend max. 1 liter of water, and some snacks.
Schedule: The hike starts at the time indicated at the top of this page. Drivers should choose a meeting time with their passengers so that they're able to make it at the starting point on time (for example, see the meeting time I set for my car). For afterwork hikes we're back before 23h00.
