Description
Meeting point HBF or Pasing (I will join from Pasing)
Time - 7.10 am for those meeting at HBF
We will take a train at 7:20 am from Hbf to Immenstadt and then to Oberstdorf, arriving at 9:39 am and starting from there. We will take the train back at 18:22 or 19:20. This is a full day event.
The hike is marked medium difficulty - fitness level should be adequate to keep at a steady pace.
To be able to complete the route, you should be fit, surefooted and have a head for heights.
We won't be running but also not doing a snail pace.
Duration total (up and down) around 6-7 hours, so it will be a nice day event. ;)
We will get a group ticket.
PLEASE BRING ENOUGH WATER AND FOOD FOR THE DAY.
Disclaimer: This is not a guided tour.I am not a professional mountain guide.Each participant is responsible for her-/himself and has to be prepared,bring suitable equipment and has to check if she/he meets the physical requirements. Hiking includes a certain risk and everybody is responsible for his/her own safety. It is highly recommended having some kind of insurance in case of incident.
Good to know
Please bring with you the usuals:
- mask
- mini first aid kit (hand sanitizer, plaster just in case you get some blisters)
-cash, ID & smartphone, powerbank(optional)
- hat/cap
- sun glasses and sun cream
- hiking boots
- hiking poles
- weather appropriate clothes (think in layers)
- towel
- extra t-shirt and pair of socks to turn that super sweaty look to super fresh (optional)
- plenty water to keep you hidrated (around 3L)
- snacks and food to keep you energized on the way

Jessica, is it just you? I don't want to have a very big group for the hike. Also, please check the difficulty level because we have to catch the train back and will need to be moving at a moderate pace.
