Description

Hi all,

join me on a panoramic hike with amazing views on the Zugspitze.

It is a mostly T3 hike, the scrambling part close to the peak is T5, i.e. exposed and includes scrambling up to UIAA grade II.

To participate you need:

- experience in scrambling in grade I+/II- or above

- absolute surefootedness

- no fear of heights and no vertigo


If you have a car, we meet at Ehrwald Almbahn Talstation at 9:00

Otherwise please join one of the available carpool options. Fuel expenses will be shared between passengers.


This hike is NOT suited to beginners.

Good to know

Please bring:

- proper hiking boots

- drinks/food for the whole day (a short break is planned in the Coburger Hut on the way up)

- helmet is very strongly recommended

- gloves for scrambling part are recommended

- cash for the carpool

- mask
