Meeting time: Sunday, 7:00 am sharp

Please join the event here, and don't contact personally if you can join even if the event is full since it's unfair to people on the waiting list.

Public transport: We will take the train to Oberstdorf, the train leaves at 7:20 AM. I will buy the tickets for the group at 7:05 AM, and we share the cost. Anyone coming after 7:05 has to buy own ticket. The hike finishes at Oberstdorf train station and we take the train back to Munich. Please note that the traveling time is 2 hours 20 minutes. 

Technical difficulty: The hike has difficulty T4 with some scrambling near the peak. Please read the blog to understand the requirement for T4 sac scale. Sure footedness and no fear of height is required. We will get the scooter for the descent (7 Km), which costs 7 EUR per person.

We will have lunch at the hut, however, this is during descent of the hike, so please bring enough food/drink to avoid starvation/dehydration before reaching there.

Things to bring:

• Hiking boots
• Some food and drinks for the way (we will have lunch at the hut)
• Cash for the ticket and food/drink at the hut
• Sunscreen / rain jacket, depending on the weather
• Head lamp (just in case)

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
