Description

Sunday hike to Benediktenwand - relaxing but still long! ;)

Technical difficulty: This hike is graded as easy/medium and I would like to have a pace around 400.

Things to bring:

Hiking shoes;
Food and water(2 litres) for the whole day (there is no hut on the way) - after the hike we can stop to eat something!
Trekking/hiking poles;
Worm clothes + rain jacket;
Head lamp;
Good energy.

Optional:

First aid kit.

Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for her/himself. Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. It's recommended to download a map and bring a cell phone and first aid kit for emergencies.

Good to know

We will meet at 7:30 in front of platform 28 to have time to buy the tickets. the train will leave at 7:48. The price for the ticket is between 10 and 13 Euros. After 7:40 you have to buy your own ticket!
