Terms and Conditions:

You are completely responsible for yourself, your actions and your safety during the entire trip. You automatically agree to these terms and conditions when you sign up for this trip. Organizer is merely responsible for bringing the hikers together.

Train Details:

We board RE 57580 from Platform 30 at 6:53. But our meeting time is 6:35.

Train starts at 6:53 am. We travel about an hour and get down at Kempten at about 8:22 am. Then board RB 5475 at 8:34 am, travel about 50 min and get down at Pfronten-Steinach at 9:24 am. This is our start and end point of our hike.

Our return train is at 6:34 pm reaching Munich at 9:45 pm.

Tickets:

We buy tickets at the train station before boarding the train. I will buy the tickets at 6.45 am - so do come in time and stay connected in the whatsapp group for last minute updates. If you arrive after that time, you have to buy your own ticket.

Good to know

Important Points to observe and follow:

  • This is a T3 hike. Good fitness required.
  • You will always stick to the group. Make always sure that you see the group in sight.
  • Whenever there is a diversion in the route please stop till the entire group is there at the diversion.
  • Organizer will buy the tickets and keep the tickets safe till we reach back.
  • Please download the gpx map for offline view : GPXTracker works for iphone, "GPX Viewer from Venture" might be good for android

Things to bring along:

  • Good hiking shoes and warm clothes
  • Enough water : There are huts en route but please bring as much water as needed
  • Cash 12 Euro or if you have N26 bank account you can transfer immediately
  • Face Mask to wear wherever applicable (You are responsible for this)
  • Food if you prefer not to dine at the huts. At lease there are 2 huts but if they are closed I am not responsible
  • Better to have DAV insurance, but it is up to individuals
