A quick traverse of the Thaneller with optimal sunny weather and wonderful views. This is only for fast hikers.

Maximum participants: 10, regular hiking buddies are given priority over first-timers. 

Meeting point: Munich HBF, in front of platform 29

Meeting time: Saturday, 8:15 am

Public transport: We will take RB5512 from Munich at 8:32 am, which will arrive in Heiterwang-Plansee at 10:48 am. This is the start and end point of our hike. We will try to catch the train at 18:36 (or 17:11) arriving in Munich at 20:47 (19:26 respectively).

Technical difficulty: The hike is not for beginners, but for experienced and fit hikers with fast pace (about 600m gain/hour). The hike has difficulty T4 with some scrambling. Please read the blog to understand the requirement for T4 sac scale.

There are no open huts, so please bring enough food/drink to avoid starvation/dehydration.

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
