Due
to the length of the hike i expect people who are fit and do sports
like running or Cycling on a regular basis. I expect to do a moderate
fast pace of like 500-600 hm/h .A good overall fitness level should be
there. Also experience in winter hiking in the snow should be there.
Things to bring
Hiking Boots!(->no Sneakers)
Gaiters (there is snow!)
Mask
Food and Drinks for the whole day(no hut)
Rain Jacket mandatory
Warm clothes
Spikes optional
Carpool
