Description

Terms and Conditions:

You are completely responsible for yourself, your actions and your safety during the entire trip. You automatically agree to these terms and conditions when you sign up for this trip.

Train Details:

We board RE 57580 from Platform 30 at 6:53 am.

Train starts at 6:53 am. We get down at "Kempten" at about 08:22 and take the next time at 8:34 am and reach our starting point "Nesselwang" at 9:13 am.

Return trip: We plan to take the train at 16:47 at "Nesselwang" train station and reach at about 19:16 back to Munich central station.

Tickets:

We buy tickets at the train station before boarding the train. If you want to manage your own tickets I kindly request you to consider other hikes.

Good to know

Important Points to observe and follow:

  • This is a T2 hike but good fitness required.
  • Please sign up only if you are sure you would join. One cannot unjoin within 12 hours of the hike starting time.
  • Please download the gpx map for offline view : GPXTracker works for iphone, "GPX Viewer from Venture" might be good for android. Have enough battery in mobile and powerbank to recharge as needed.

Things to bring along:

  • Good hiking shoes and warm clothes
  • There might be very little snow. Better to have spikes and gaiters, walking poles as preferred.
  • Enough water : There is a hut en route but please bring as much water as needed
  • Cash 16 Euro or if you have N26 bank account you can transfer immediately
  • Face Mask to wear wherever applicable (You are responsible for this)
  • Food if you prefer not to eat at the hut. But if the hut is not open for any other reason I am not responsible. Please carry enough food as needed.
  • Better to have DAV insurance, but it is up to you
