But what you did really makes no sense. The HB rules say that we cannot have two events on the same day at the same location. So you blocked one location advertising as 1/1 attending, so no-one can organise something there. The other person who is going with you is a private person. So why do you even post something on hiking buddies? In my eyes, your private event should then have remained private as you are, in this case, not looking for a hiking Buddy. Cheers.
