Description

We meet at 6:20 to buy a Werdenfeld Ticket and board our train. We need to change the train in Garmisch and start our tour in Griessen.

There is plenty of snow and it will be cold, please bring spikes and proper cloths. Please bring a headlamp.

I would like to have a moderate speed (about 400-450 hm/hour). There are no open huts, please bring enough food and drinks.

Schnellschlicht is close to the Austrian border but the whole tour is on Bavarian soil.

We can take the (direct) trains back at 15:40 or 17:40.

The hike is difficult with plenty of snow. Please contact me after joining the hike in case we didn't hike together before or your profile doesn't state that you are an experienced hiker.
