Description

Hi all, weather is good on Sunday, let's hike to schellschlicht.


We will take the 8.32 RB 5512 train to Griesen, where our hike begins and ends. There are plenty of trains back to Munich and we should be back between 7-9 pm depending on group speed. 

Hike will be moderately paced so not for really slow or inexperienced hikers. Be aware of the elevation gain. There will be some scambling involved. 


There is no hut on the way, we will carry our lunch. Please bring enough to water, good shoes and weatherproof clothing. Sticks might be helpful.


Everyone is responsible for themselves and I hold no responsibility for you.

Good to know

Please bring:

Sufficient food and water (there is NO hut only something small at the station)

Money for Werdenfels ticket (about €10)

Hiking boots

Poles if desired.
