⚠️ Due to weather the event has been moved to Saturday. 

Maximum participants: 10

Meeting point: Munich HBF, in front of platform 27

Meeting time: Saturday, 8:15 am

Public transport: We will take RB5512 departing at 8:32 am, which will arrive Griese at 10:19 am. This is the start and end point of the hike.

Departure time of return connection: For the trip back to Munich, I am planning to take the train departing at 17:40, as the next one is at 19:12. Therefore, the pace will be moderate.

Technical difficulty: The hike has difficulty T3. Please read the blog to understand the requirements for sac scale T3. In general this hike is not suitable for beginners during winters.

There is no hut on the way, so please bring enough food/drinks to avoid starvation/dehydration. In case we have to wait for the return train, we might visit the kiosk near Griesen.

Things to bring:

• Waterproof hiking boots
• Cash for the ticket (10-15 Euro)
• Food/drinks for the way.
• Warm clothes
• Gaiters
• Some tolerance for snowy and rainy weather
• Headlight

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.
