No beginners, please! Only for regular hikers!
The weather is predicted to be too sunny (as of now) on Saturday. Therefore, I would like to do a hike to Höllentalangerhütte through the Höllentalklam. The hike is graded T2 but we will be passing through the Klamm which will be slippery! Therefore, precautions are needed.
We will be taking the RB 60 (5512) train at 08:32 towards Vils Stadt. We will be boarding off at Untergrainau from where we will start the hike.
This is a long hike a.k.a 18 km long hike with nearly 1200m gain. My pace will be around 400 m gain per hour (of course, with time for pictures and breaks). Therefore, this hike is NOT for beginners.
Update 20210709: Since the original path posted has no peaks, additional peak may be added on the go ( mostly Schwarzenkopf, if not Hoellentorkopf). Therefore, be prepared for 500 m more elevation gain.
Extra peaks: https://www.outdooractive.com/mobile/de/route/bergtour/zugspitzregion/wetterstein-hoellentorkopf/168235842/
Be at the meeting point on TIME! Do not be late. If you are prepared to come after 8:15 AM, also be prepared to get your own train ticket.
Please join the event only if you are sure that you can join and finish the hike. If you join and later want to drop out of the event, drop out at most 24 hours before so that people on the waiting list can have a chance to join the hike.
The event may be postponed in case of bad weather.
