Description

General remarks

  • Everyone can join that event.
  • If you plan on S-Bahn + Bike, you can start a group using the carpool feature. Just be clear that it is not a car in the Carpool instructions. Same goes with S-Bahn + walk or whatever else you come up with!
  • Each driver together with their passengers are free to go back to Munich whenever they want. Just make sure everyone in group car agrees beforehand.
  • Foods, drinks to share are welcome!
  • No cigarettes. Keep the place free of trash.

Schedule

  • 18h00: Drivers & passengers meet. @Passengers: Consider arriving 5 minutes before the indicated time to play safe. You can see the time you have to meet via the carpool button. Look at the instructions given by your driver if any.
  • 18h30: Parking & walk
  • 20h00: Swim & chill on beach + EM finale with projector

Carpool - Explanations

Drivers are welcome to add their cars as long as the limit of participants has not been reached.

Passengers in my car

  • Meeting time is indicated in the carpool page (green button at the top). Meeting point is in front of Holiday Inn West at Hirschgarten (Google Maps link)
  • Fuel prepayment: Please Paypal me the amount indicated in the Carpool page the day before the event. Not earlier, because of potential uncertainty regarding weather forecasts (on possible cancellation of the hike), and not later to avoid last minute drop outs. You can either use Paypal (paypal.me/jallard1) or ask me for my IBAN. Paypal is preferred. If no payment is done, I will free up your seat and take someone else approx. 12 hours before the start of the event.
  • It's a BMW Gran Tourer Grey (6 seats).

Passengers in other cars need to refer to the info given by the driver in the Carpool page.

Don't join if you plan on watching soccer, we may not have a projector. Not sure yet.

Hi, i am new here, i am not sure still if i want to go, but i was wondering. where is the Sbahn group? is anyone going by S-bahn? Also, i cannot really find out when the event starts. i see the time 17:35 pm, but i guess that's wrong, right? that's quite late. is it 7:35 am? (thats also too early for me :( ).

Hi Julien - thanks for organizing this! So how is the setup for the viewing? We are not in a beergarden or anything like this, right? So take blankets etc along?
