Description

After a long time, I am posting this as I would like to do a three days hike in the Allgaeu.

The plan is to take a train to Oberstdorf on Saturday (21.08.2021) then start hiking toward Rappensee.

We stay overnight at Rappenseehuette ( I have the hut (Rappenseehuette) booked for 4 people but I think three will be the number as the next hut had only three places).

The next day (Sunday, 22.08.2021) we go toward Kemptnerhuette. The aim is to complete the Heilbronner Hohenweg. Mostly T4.

We sleep in Kemptnerhuette (22.08.2021), I could manage to book for three people.

On 23rd (Monday) we come back to Munich. So we need to take that Monday off.

Please send me a quick message if you are interested (Whatsapp is preferred +491728871559) we discuss, please don't join the event before discussing! Thanks

If someone wants to drive it will be even easier but not necessary.

The cover photo is from https://www.hr-fernsehen.de/.

Looking forward!

Good to know

Things to bring:

i) Hiking boots (i will send you back if you don't come with proper hiking boots)

ii) Hiking poles (not mandatory, but it is always better to have them).

iii) Enough water for the whole day.

iv) Snacks or food if you don't want to eat at the hut.

v) Proper clothes for hiking.

vi) Gipfelschnapps or beer (not mandatory)

viii) Happy vibe (a smiling face is essential.

ix) Willing to be a photomodel.

x) DAV membership for the experienced route.

Additionally, things for overnight hiking, staying in huts!

Achtung!

Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tour, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description in toto, look into the route details, and make it familiarise themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike on their own. If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else!
