do you want to join me on the closing-of-the-season two-day hike? Come and help us take over this hut during the last weekend of its operation this year! :-D

The weekend of 18-19 is the last weekend this year you can do a beautiful 2-day hike to Leutkicher Hütte. Technically the hike is a solid T3, with short T4 passages, who dares will be rewarded with beautiful views of  Tirol.
The first day will be going to St Anton am Arlberg via ICE/RJX (you will need to get a ticket in advance. Then going up to the hut, leaving our stuff there, and enjoying a coffee before a short walk to a nearby peak. On the second day morning, we will weather permitting continue to Stanskogel before returning to the hut in order to pick up our stuff and then descend back to the valley.

This route is a quite rough sketch of the plan, as with a little luck the descend can be shortened by about 4km, there is plenty of flexibility when planning the day trip on day 2.
