Hey everyone, I am new to Munich so I wanted to explore the area around it. Since the train strike makes planing anything complicated I proposes we just walk down the Isar until we are tired and then we come back. It is such a pity to waste a sunny day. The path I created is a bit longer than 22km which should be like 6h without pushing it and with breaks. I propose we meet at 13:30 so we can walk, stop for lunch, walk back and be back around 19 depending what we decide to do.
Things to know:
The hike should be easy the ground is flat and we would be walking on very established paths. I am not in a hurry so I am happy to do it at a moderate pace. I would say it should take ~6h with breaks. That said it is a longish hike so come only if you know you can do it.
