Hi all,

I would like to do this route on Saturday:

We will meet at Munich central station at 8:35 and get the train to Tegernsee at 09:03. Once we get to Tegernsee we need to get a bus to Wallbergbahn, Rottach-Egern. We can get the Bayern ticket and split the price between participants.

The hike is only the ascent. We will get the cablecar back down (Ticket price 11.50 euro, the cablecar runs until 17:00). The hike is categorized as easy and should be suitable for most fitness levels, however in some parts it is quite stony so please wear appropriate footwear. I usually hike at a slow-moderate pace.

I would suggest to bring food and we can have lunch at the peak. Depending on how long it takes us, I would propose getting the bus/train back to Munich at either 16:37 or 17:17.
