Hi all,

I would like to do this route on Saturday:

The hike is categorized as easy and should be suitable for most fitness levels, but absolute beginners should not join. Please note that there is a stony part that needs to be climbed (see pics in link). I plan to hike at a moderate pace.


Good to know

We will meet at Munich central station at 8:45 and get the train to Schliersee and then a bus to Taubensteinbahn (journey time=90min). 

We will buy a Bayern Ticket at spot. You are welcome to join if you want to arrange your own tickets, but please leave a message below so that I can increase the capacity accordingly. Additionally, the cable car costs 20 euro per person. Please note the a 3G certificate is mandatory for the ride.

I plan to have light lunch and/or drinks after we have reached the top, which would already be afternoon, so please take some snacks with you.

Accounting for some hang-out time at the lake and lunch, I would recommend getting the last cable car shortly before 17:00 and then bus/train back at 17:30, arriving in Munich at 19:00.

Hi Yi, we are 3 people in the waiting list. Would you consider increasing the capacity, so we can also join and split a Bayern ticket between 3?
