We will take the public transport leaving from München Ost at 8:04 am to Ehrwald Zugspitzbahn and arrive there at 9:59 am.

After the hike we will take public transport from Bad Reichenhall station back to München Ost (expected arrival at Munich Ost will most likely be either 19:56 or 21:05).

I will be buying a Bayern-Ticket for the whole group in advance, so I will need your full first and last name by 11 pm on Saturday. To insure that I will not be paying for no-shows, you will need to transfer 10€ via Paypal to me (i will contact you after you join, please check your email) by the same time. The rest of the money (depending on how many people will join) for the Bayern-Ticket can be paid on the train. I will contact everybody saturday around 11 pm (i will be on a hike beforehand) for payment and previous experience

Things to bring in addition to standard day hike equipment:

- Food and drink for about 7-10 hour day of hiking (there is a hut near the peak, where we will probably enjoy a break)

-Via Ferrata Set, Climbing Harness and Helmet

I am usually hiking at a moderate pace (about 400-450 meters of elevation gain per hour) as long as we are not on the via ferrata.

If you have any questions, just ask. I will be contacting everybody that joins to verify as well.

Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarise themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own. 
If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else.
