Description

Hike up to Wörnerkopf from Mittenwald.  Should be a nice hike with great views through the foothills of Karwendel. Plan is to walk at a medium pace (at least 300m height gain per hour) so preferably no beginners.

I plan to hike this route the reverse way as  shown on HB, the plan will then be to stop in the hut on the way down, where I would plan to stop for a drink and food. Might be a bit chilly so make sure you’re 3G in order to sit inside.

We will buy the Bayernkarte at Hauptbahnhof as a group at 8:00 ,if you are late you will have to buy your own ticket there.

Things to keep in mind without FAIL:

Getting enough water - 2 litres is recommended

Bringing enough food 

Wearing comfortable hiking clothing and warm clothes

Cash

Hi everybody, I didn't know that you re switching from waiting to going list automatically without being informed (e.g.via facebook). Thats why I have different plans now and my spot is free, does somebody wants to go tomorrow instead of me?
