This is an easy hike to enjoy a day close to the mountains with gorges and lakes.

We will take Train RE-61 from Platfrom 26 at 09:08 and we will arrive in Mittenwald at 10:53.

IN the morning we will cross the border with Austria and walk in the  Leutascher Geisterklamm. It should take around 2 hours. ( https://www.alpenwelt-karwendel.de/leutascher-geister-klamm-mittenwald)

Then we will stop for a bier and food in a hut on the way toward the lake.

In the afternoon we will walk around Lautersee and Ferchesee and then we will go back to MIttenwald and catch the train to Munich.

Mittenwald is also famous for the Lüftlmalerei therefore we can also spend a bit of time in the morning or in the late afternoon for a short walk in the city centre to enjoy the most beautiful corner of the city

There is a train every 30 min therefore there will be no rush to miss the connection

What to bring:

- Hiking shoes

- Mask

- ID Card/passport

- Flip-jacket + light winter jacket

- Charged mobile phone

- Enough cash for the bayern ticket (~12/13€ each), cash for the hut

- Enough water for the hike + food/snack

- Proof of vaccination or test as it may be requested since we will cross the border with Austria
