Hallo buddies,

it seems the weather would play very good this weekend. Therefore, a nice hiking with via ferrata would be great for such a sunny day. This route is in Chiemgauer Alpen area with a breathtaking panoramic view. It is mostly T3 techically with a via ferrata up to D. I added a carpool in case someone would join with a car.

Since Dado's car is there, then we wil start and finish the hike at the same point. probably at Parkplatz pidinger klettersteig. We may stop at Reichenhaller Haus (see the cover photo) for a drink and to enjoy the moments.

The final decision will be made on Friday afternoon if we would still make it depending on the weather.

Update: Reichenhalle Haus is closed but it may open at the weekend depending on the weather condition according to DAV-Bareichenhall.de. Anyway, we van still use the point for taking a rest.

For those on the waiting list, they could meet us at the hiking start point at the parkplatz.

Hi Muhamad, are you sure this via Ferrata is not closed. Because last weekend i went to Alpspitz via Ferrata and it was closed.

is the meeting point on top of the bridge (at bus-stop / s-bahn entrance donnersbergerbrucke) , heading south ?
