I can not enter it here in hiking buddies on the map. It would be rather long, about 8-9 hours and way finding also a part of it. Alternatives would be: only ascend the Brünnstein over Dr. Julius-Mayr-Weg, do the ridge and back (more human, maybe 6 hours) or do the Engelstein at the Chiemsee for example. Also exciting tour in these conditions. We can decide together or on spot depending on the conditions of the tour.

Experience would be necessary with winter routes and confident grade I climbing would be good. Also maybe poles and good shoes (spikes) are enough, but crampons and an ice axe could be really helpful and more secure. I can lend it.
By the way: Christ is coming back really soon to establish a biblical kingdom here, so I can definitely recommend to resist the unbiblical measures right now. Blessings!!

Hey jiafei, I planned to meet there. But please read my comments to Alpana, it is longer and more exhausting then I was aware of. We would need to start really early. Hey Alpana, I am sorry I have looked up the route again in more detail. To be honest this is pretty long! I guess it would take us about 8-9 hours (with finding the way) to do the whole tour. Hmm. One option could be to just do the Brünnstein and the ridge to Peterskopf and back. This would be more like 6 1/2 hours. (But I would personally love to do the whole tour :D). Also it will snow that day.
Another option I thought of would be to do the Engelstein at the Chiemsee. Seems also very interesting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tGLctgTzOQ
It is shorter, but would be grade II climbing in the snow. I am not sure how easy that is then without an ice axe and crampons (I have two).

If you would like to do the whole tour we would need to meet at the starting point at least 8 o clock, better maybe even earlier like 7 or even 6. Because of the way finding also. What do you think? And could you take jiafei with you? Then I could drive directly (almost no difference in time for me). Looking forward to hearing from you! That sounds great, to start together yes! The drive is about 1:30 hours from Munich. So for example from Munich Ostbahnhof the start should be about 5:30 in the morning. Should not have posted this hike lol, a bit crazy for December now I realize haha. Greetings.

How about I pick you up? You give me an address convenient for you. Because it would be difficult for me to find a park slot near to Munich Ostbahnhof.
2nd option - personally preferred: I come from Erdweg and arrive to Munich Ostbahnhof at earliest 06:01 by S-Bahn. Then You have less than 1h to drive.
3rd option: I drive to the staring point by me own alone. We meet at 07:00 there.
What do you think? Sorry for such a complex.

First, thanks! Second, I’m not sure whether I can drive without falling asleep after 8-9 h of hiking. Have to get LOTS of sleep before this, but my day is full today. Most likely, I will get out again :-(. I will write later.

Hi Alex, I think so too! Maybe we can think about feasible options for all? Like only Brünnstein with the ridge part and back or try the Engelstein at Chiemsee? I have some other exciting tours in mind for winter, but these would be my nearest thoughts now that I proposed this. Or stay at home with a hot chocolate :D.
