You can try without snow shoes, worst case you have to wait in the nice hut

Trainsjoch is a 1.707m high mountain in the Mangfallgebirge directly on the border between Austria and Germany.

The peak offers perfect views to the central alp chain up to Großglockner, Großvenediger and Zillertaler Alps as well Kaisergebirge.

The path is cleared in winter until the cosy Mariandlalm, then we (maybe) need snowshoes for the peak traverse.

Leaving time Munich for cars @ 07:00 - Please add cars.

We will have lunch or beer at the hut.
